It is easy to register to enter. Your submission will include:
You will also need to provide proof of identity including photo identification which shows your age and your right to work in the UK (for examply, passport, identity card, visa etc)
Entry is free for young chefs and young waiters who are 26 years old or under before 29 October 2019.
You must be in current employment in a hospitality establishment in the role of Chef or Waiter and have been employed for a minimum of 3 years in the hospitality profession.
[3 years refers to total minimum time required in the profession, not time at a single establishment]

Yes, they can. There will be a published ticket price for non-competition guests and they will be able to buy as many tickets as they wish
Yes, definitely. The competition is designed to provide participants the chance to interact with their peers during the live semi and final event. There will also be guest judges that that will mix with the participants during the Sunday and Monday evening at the hotel.
