This fundraising event is the joint initiative of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, World Young Chef Young Waiter and the Wine Guild of the UK. With the wonderful generosity and support from all our friends in the industry, we have raised well in excess of £2million.
The essential funds have been dedicated to educational and training programs crafted by the partner organizations. Beyond its role as a fundraising event, the dinner provides a platform for like-minded individuals to unite, indulging in an evening filled with enjoyment, entertainment, and gastronomy with an impressive roster of internationally acclaimed chefs curating a distinctive four-course menu for the third year.
