The competition culminates in a live restaurant service, where chefs work alongside their fellow Young Waiter and Young Mixologist competitors to deliver a complete dining experience for real guests. The highest-scoring competitor is crowned National Young Chef Champion and earns the honour of representing their country at the World Finals, where they compete against the very best young culinary talent from around the globe.
